On my FaceBook page this past week, I posted this exerpt from Abraham:

“The Law of Attraction Assembles Happy Relationships…Asking your relationship with any other to be the basis of buoying you up is never a good idea, because the Law of Attraction cannot bring to you something different from the way you feel. The Law of Attraction cannot bring you a well-balanced, happy person if you are not yourself already that. The Law of Attraction, no matter what you do or say, will bring to you those who predominantly match the person who you predominantly are. Everything that everyone desires is for one reason only: they believe they will feel better in the having of it. We just want you to understand that you must feel better before it can come to you.

In simple terms, if you are not happy with yourself, or with your life, the attraction of a partner will only exaggerate the discord, because any action taken from a place of lack is always counterproductive.” —Abraham

The above is something that I have been trying to convey to others. If you feel down and out, you will not attract a love to you that will pull yourself out of being down and out.

Another message from Abraham is as follows:

“When you’re vibrating purely, you get only what’s a match to that. It’s your ambivalence: “I like that but I don’t like that…I like that but I don’t like that…” that keeps what you like and what you don’t like coming at you all the time. You don’t have to “turn the other cheek” when you are in vibrational harmony only with what you want. Then, only what you want comes.”—Abraham

This is why I it important that when you focus in on what you want, you keep in mind the good, positive qualities only and forgo the negative. Don’t even let the negative tickle your brain. It’s bad energy and nothing good can come of it.

So what does all of the above have to do with Atlantis? (yes, because Atlantis is in the title of this post)

It has everything to do with Atlantis. When you tune into Atlantis energy, you quickly understand that everything is made of energy. Every last thing – every drop – every thought, feeling and emotion. Everything!

That is why one of the many exercises I have learned (plus personally used) via mediation by being in Atlantis is as follows:

Atlantis Vibrational Exercise

Over the next 7 days:

1) Day 1 – focus on 15 min of pure positive, good thoughts about what you want. Something bad or negative creeps in – push it out. Do this on the 1st day until you can do it for the 15 min straight without a negative thought. (Day one has been known to creep into day two, day three or beyond depending how negative your thoughts were to start).

2) Day 2 – focus on 30 min of pure positive, good thoughts about what you want. Something bad or negative creeps in – push it out. Do this until you can do it for the 30 min straight without a negative thought. (you can be doing other things during this time – say at work or studying).

3) Day 3 – focus on 60 min of pure positive, good thoughts about what you want. Something bad or negative creeps in – push it out. Do this on the until you can do it for the 60 min straight without a negative thought.

4) Day 4 – focus on 60 min of pure positive, good thoughts about what you want. But this time – at the 30 min mark, bring in something negative on purpose. Pay attention to how that negative thought makes you feel – emotionally, mentally and physically. Then push it out.

5) Day 5 – focus on 120 min of pure positive, good thoughts about what you want. Something bad or negative creeps in – push it out. Do this on the until you can do it for the 120 min straight without a negative thought. (again, you can do this while doing something else such as driving, working or exercising).

6) Day 6 – focus on 240 min (4 hr) of pure positive, good thoughts about what you want. Something bad or negative creeps in – push it out. Do this on the until you can do it for the 240 min straight without a negative thought. (by this time it may seem impossible to think about good things for 4 hours. But again – do this while you are doing something else).

7) Day 7 – focus on 480 min (8 hr) of pure positive, good thoughts about what you want. Several times during the 8 hrs, bring in a negative thought and see if it was as easy to bring in as it was on day 1 or day 4. Note how you feel when that negative thought is there and again how you feel once you push it away.

By the time you reach day 7 – thinking positive will be second nature. As humans, we cannot help but to think negative at times. When you do think negative, you will know how it changes you and you will be able to push it away.

In only a week’s time, your energy will be stronger and vibrate at a higher rate. Higher vibrations mean better love partners and more abundance, prosperity and wealth.
