Sex. It’s an important part of your life. Why is it so important? It boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure, controls weight (it is exercise after all), increases energy, strengthens your energy body, raises your entergentic vibration, and brings you closer to your partner and/or to yourself. It’s all good – right? But can you have too much of a good thing? I don’t know.
Let’s compare…. Food. Water. Air. Fun.
They are all important parts of your life. You need all of it to live and all of it is good for you – right? What happens if you get too much food? Well if it’s the junk kind you feel like crap, you have no energy, and you put on the pounds. Can you have too much water? Problem here is not too many people get too much – what they get is too little. But yes, too much water can make you and the toliet best buddies. Too much air? I don’t think you can have too much air – if it is clean air. Polluted air – not so much. Fun. You need fun for a balanced life. But too much fun tears you away from your grown-up responsiblities like your career.
Sex. Can you have too much of a good thing? Looks that way. While sex is important for health, positive energy, and intimacy with a partner/yourself – too much is too much. What is too much? When it interferes with life. If it takes you away from family, friends, or your job. If it drives a wedge between partners.
A healthy sex life is a balance – just like everything else in life is a balance.
You are in control of your life. You are in control of the balance. Don’t ever let anyone else tell you differently!
