Engaging in OBE sex leaves you with the energetic residue of whomever you hooked up or had sex with. In the physical world, when you are out and about – at work, school, studio set, or soccer practice, you pick up the energy residue from everyone you come in contact. Gather 3 quartz crystals (size isn’t an issue) for each main doorway in your home. If you want to go all out, get 3 crystals for each of your doorways. Put the 3 crystals on top of door – one all the way to the left, one all the way to the right, and one in the middle. I live in an older home, so my doorway has a nice ledge above it. You can also fasten one in the top middle, one on the middle left and one on the middle right. If they are terminated crystals, make sure they point to the doorway.
Each time you or someone else, passes through the doorway, the crystals cleanse your energy layers and boost them.
Once a month burn a combination of: frankincense, myrrh, with a dash of cinnamon in the rooms you use most. If you do not want to leave it burning, you can walk about the room with it and smudge the area.
Do both of those things and in the grand scheme of things neither is difficult, and you will notice a significant difference in your health, wealth, love, and mental well-being!
