OBE Is Back and OBE Grounding!

Oh yeah baby – the blog posting is back!

I know – it’s been a year. I have a list of excuses for the absence,  but we’ll push them to the side and just be happy that it’s up and going again.

Not much has changed for me over the last year. Still single. Still in school. But I graduate in May – yay! The thing with taking classes is that they tend to ground me. If I’m grounded, trying to achieve out of body sex is almost next to impossible.

If OBE sex is something that you would like to try – or have tried and haven’t been able to achieve – these might be part of your problem:

  • Too much red meat
  • Too little or too much sleep
  • Stress
  • An abundance of school work
  • Spending too much time indoors

What can you do to off set the above?

  • Cut back on red meat
  • Meditation or day dreaming
  • Exercise
  • Limit drugs or alcohol
  • Get at least 7 hrs of sleep but no more than 8 hrs
  • Go outside daily
  • Study in moderation
  • Wear moldavite

Make some moderations and try OBE again:)
