Do you ever talk to yourself as you’re going about your day?

Not the crazy back and forth talk you can sometimes do when something is driving you crazy.

But a deliberate talk about what you’re doing. If you don’t – you should really give it a shot.

I didn’t used to – but now since I do; I get a lot more done.

So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…

When you talk through what you’re doing, you tend to pay better attention to what you’re doing. This can save you a ton of time because you won’t wander around aimlessly and forget what you wanted to do in the first place. When we are more aware of what we are doing, we tend to make each movement count.
