When was the last time you said something good to yourself? A day ago? A week? Month? Year? Maybe you have no clue when the last time was.
We are horrible to ourselves – and this has to stop.
So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…
To rid yourself of the negative thoughts that you nurture, you must pay attention to your self-talk. For you to be able to move forward and reach your goals, you have to build a positive mindset. A positive mindset starts with talking kindly to yourself. It takes a lot of courage to be kind to yourself, but it is necessary if you want to find yourself in a better place.
So take 30 sec a day and say something nice to yourself.
