When you have a goal in mind, how do you envision it?

Do you imagine it from the beginning with all the steps?
Or do you imagine from the end and work backward to make your steps?
According to the late Dr. Wayne Dyer, one way works better than the other.
So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…
Having a clear focus on where you want your efforts to end up is an important part of setting attainable goals. By imagining the end goal first, you are setting the intention of the goal you wish to fulfill. From that intention you can work on the steps needed to achieve the end game or goal.
Once you envision the end goal and set that intention, don’t dwell on the outcome, instead put your focus on the steps that will take you there. You do this because looking at the end game may be too overwhelming and will have you thinking “how in the world will I accomplish that?” The overwhelm will prevent you from even getting started.
