Motivational Minute: Pat on the Back

What do you do when you look at your to-do list and not everything is checked off?

I usually give myself a sigh and add what I didn’t do to the following week or day.

But there’s something else that I should be doing to keep motivated to get my to-do list done.

So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…

When your list of to-dos seems longer than what you have completed, take a moment and think of everything that you’ve accomplished during the day – or week. While you may not be where you wanted to be at that moment, you need to remind yourself that you completed some of your tasks. Giving yourself that small pat on the back will help to keep you motivated and help you to continue with whatever tasks you still need to complete.
