Motivational Minute: Imagination Increases Motivation

Remember back when you were a kid and you allowed your imagination to dream up great adventures?

The adventures were fun, exciting, and playful. They were things you couldn’t wait to do.

Imagining or as some people call it – visualization is an effective technique for unlocking your dreams and allowing them to soar. When your imagination allows you to visit a future you desire, it changes your beliefs, charges your motivation, and help you reach your goals.

Your mind can’t differentiate between something vividly imagined and real life. Using your imagination can provide your subconscious with “not true yet” pieces of evidence that will reinforce positive thinking, therefore helping you be more motivated.
