What do you do when the person in front of you slams on their brakes?
How do you react?
You slam on your brakes.
What do you do when someone passes you on the road or pulls out in front of you?
Do you blow your horn? Flip them off? Scream at them?
Or do you say a few words to yourself, keep your cool, and drive?
What do you do if someone doesn’t agree with you? What do you do when something bad happens? Or something good?
Do you even know how you react to anything?
Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.
So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…
Pay attention to how you react. Your reactions can either improve your life or make things worse. You may not be able to control what happens around you, but you are in complete control to how you react to them.
