How heavy do you feel?

Physically? Emotionally? Mentally?

How much weight do you carry?

Every day we are faced with issues that we must deal with in the best ways we know how to.

They may not be perfect ways – but it’s what we know. It’s our default mode.

How is dealing with issues how you’ve always been working for you now?

If you’re stressed, anxious, depressed, angry, or without hope, then the way you deal with issues no longer work.

When the ways we’ve used to deal with issues no longer work or work have-assed, we tend to search out other things to make us feel good about the issues we can’t deal with.

The other things can be food, sex, shopping, relationships, drugs, booze, & self-created drama. These other things can add weight to our bodies, emotions, and mind.

Times change. People change. Environments change.

Therefore, there comes a time where you need to change how you deal with issues to lessen the weight you carry.

So, for your 60 second motivational minute for today…

Think of one issue you are dealing with today and deal with it in a different way.
