Have you ever heard of a mantra?

A mantra is a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation and in motivation.

I use it for both meditation and motivation. For meditation I’m using the word PEACE and for motivation the word PROGRESS.

So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…

A mantra doesn’t have to be long; it just has to get you pumped up to tackle the task at hand. When you lack energy and feel unmotivated, that word or few words remind you what matters and gets you to take action toward achieving the goals you’ve set for yourself. This week think of ONE word that you will use to repeat to yourself to help you take the steps you need.
