Motivational Minute: Eliminate the Non-Essential

How much time do you spend watching your favorite shows?

Granted, it’s un-wind time. But if you watch too much, it could be mind-numbing time.

We all only have 24 hrs. a day. If you spend 4 hrs. a day watching your favorite shows or playing games, that’s 4 hrs. you could have put towards accomplishing your goals.

So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…

If you want to stay motivated and reach your goals, you need to identify the excess and remove it from your life – such as binge-watching Netflix, playing the Xbox, or surfing the net.

By removing the non-essential tasks and activities, you can become more and more in touch with what is significant and what deserves your time.
