Motivational Minute: Clear Out the Cobwebs

Are you ever working on something and you have a tough time thinking it through?

This happens to me at least once a day.

I used to try to push through it – but I didn’t get much done that way.

So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…

When you start to feel completely overwhelmed, it’s best to step away from the situation and take a deep breath, maybe take a walk if the weather permits. Allow your mind to relax and clear itself from the stress that it might be currently experiencing. Going into something with a clear mind will provide you with the fresh perspective that you need to help you stay motivated and productive.
