When was the last time you gave yourself some praise?

A high-five or “I did great?”

You may do it for the big things you accomplish – but what about the little things…like finishing your “to-do” list or some days getting out of bed?

If it’s not a habit – it should be.

So, for your 60 second motivational minute for the week…

When you don’t want to get moving and feel lethargic, praising yourself for the small things that you’ve accomplished will help motivate you and keep you on the right path to reaching your goals. While it might seem silly to pat yourself on the back, it really can be a great motivator, especially when you’re lacking the energy and drive to get through the day.
