Where does all the time go?
You know you want to work out. But you don’t.
You know you want to write that book. Not enough time in the day.
You know you want to start your business. By the you get to it you’re too damn tired.
See the common thread? You want to get going on things that you KNOW will help you. But you can’t find the time.
I know you know that we all have the same 24 hrs. It’s what you do with those 24 hrs that count.
So, for your 60 second motivational minute for today…
For the next week, get up 15 min early and without reaching for your smartphone use the time for exercise, writing a book, working on your biz. It’s not the amount of time you take – but that you take the time.
Each time you make the time to move your life to a better spot – it counts.
