How tired are you?
Do you get out of bed wishing sometimes you could stay there a few hours longer? Are you just tired?
I know I have days like that. Sometimes, I didn’t sleep well the night before or I was up late working on a project.
All I know is that when my alarm goes off at 4:30 am, many times it’s just too damn early.
Over 50% of people in the world want to spend more time in bed.
Life isn’t about being tired, it’s about living.
So, for your 60 second motivational minute for today…
Stop watching or working 1 hr before you go to bed. Put the smartphone down. Use that hour to give yourself a wind-down routine. For me now it’s let the dogs out, get ready for bed, say goodnight to my son, and with what time is left – I read.
