Happiness Soak

Want to infuse your energy body with some happiness – then try this soak. Pregnant women SHOULD NOT try this.

1. Pour some boiling water over a handful of parsley and lavender.

2. Strain out the parsley and lavender while the water is still hot.

3. Stir in a tablespoon or two (depends how much water you have) of cinnamon honey into the hot water.

4. Add this infusion to your bath.

5. Soak in your bath, allowing your energy to absorb the happiness for up to 30 min.
