Easy Essential Oil Magic

Essential oil magic/magick has been a Gypsy staple for centuries. The aromas aid in the shifting and molding of magical energies.

Oils can be added to magical tools, placed in a diffuser and applied to personal belongings.

**Before you begin – make sure you are not allergic or sensitive to any of the oils**

If you live with any animals – check with your vet to make sure that what you use is not toxic to your furry friend(s).

Base Oil

When you wish to make a mixture of oils for magical purposes – it is usually smart to use a base oil so that if applied to the skin – your skin will not have an adverse reaction to oil. As always – be smart and read up on the essential oil first to see if it can be applied to skin.

Use 1/8 cup per mixture

Almond

Aloe Vera

Apricot Kernel

Coconut

Grapeseed

Hazelnut

Jojoba

Olive

Palm

Rosehip Seed

Safflower

Sunflower

My personal favorite is Jojoba as it is actually a liquid wax and not oil so it does not get rancid.

Storage

Store away from all heat, light, and moisture. DO NOT STORE IN THE BATHROOM. Place in airtight, dark-colored glass bottles and label for use.

Visualization

This simple, natural process is vital to making any magic work. Visualization is the art of creating mental images. It is another word for IMAGINATION. We ALL have an imagination. Form a mental image in your mind of what you desire, what is necessary for the needed change. Hold that image until you live that image – your five senses are activated. The image is real.

NOTE: Make sure you are using essential oils and not synthetic oils. How do you know? Price. If it’s a cheap one – then there is a 99% chance that it is a synthetic oil and will not work in magic.

Here are some suggestions on what oils right combination for you.
