Do you need a good night’s sleep? Then take a break from dreaming for a night. One note of caution though: use this sparingly as you need to dream in order to sustain good mental health.

Burn a few sprigs of Lemon Verbena before you go to bed. If you do not want to burn the herb, you can wear it around your neck, place inside your pillow or on a night stand.
