Nightmares have your down? Try some coffee to spook the nightmares away!
You can use the coffee one of two ways:
1. Place a small coffee maker (the kind that brews 4 cups or less) next to your bed. Prepare it to make coffee and flip it on to do just that right before you go to sleep.
Or
2. Place a cup of freshly brewed coffee next to your bed before you drift off to sleep.
The aroma of coffee has been known to keep some people awake – so make sure you try this when you do not have to be awake at a specific time the next day.
