Supplies: Bottle of red wine, Balm of Gilead, Rose Quartz, Honeysuckle or Five-Flower Remedy (also known as Rescue Remedy) flower essence.
Instructions: 1) Place rose quartz in red wine. 2) Steep balm of Gilead in the bottle of red wine overnight. 3) The next day – add 4 drops of flower essence to bottle. 4) Strain wine and toast to future possibilities.
