There are many physical energy exercises a woman can use to unblock and move her sexual energy. This is one of the best ones I have found so far. It is so wide known via energy practitioners, that people say it was created in their neck of the woods. It can be found in the Middle East, among American Indians, and China. Traditional belly-dancers use it in their movements and it even pre-dates Tantric yoga.

Sexual Self-Empowerment Exercise

  1. Begin by lying down on your back and take two deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth. Close your eyes and just let it flow.
  2. Focus your attention on your root chakra, the lower part of your pelvis. Feel into the energies that are always there. Imagine energy and oxygen moving in and out of every cell.
  3. Circle your hips in an undulating up-and-down figure-eight movement.
  4. Bend your legs at your knees, and place your hands on your inner thighs, with the sides of your thumbs lying on the creases where your legs and body join. Move your whole body in an undulating figure-eight motion. The liver, spleen, and kidney meridians (all yin, or female, energies) come up the insides of the legs and cross the thighs. The points your hands touch when you take this position opens up sexual energy.
  5. As the energies build with these movement – allow them to flow through you.
  6. After a time, lay your legs flat, place your hands at the sides of your body, slow your breath, and let go. The sensation of the figure-eight movement may continue on its own and even build.
