It is a good idea to prepare your physical & energy bodies for OBE sex just as it is important to prepare your OBE space. If you are having trouble making an OBE sex connection or simply want to connect easier, consider utilizing one or more of the below tips.

  • Take a bath or shower. Disposing of the physical filth picked up during the day and washing it away will help you perform better and develop better concentration. When you feel clean, the energy around you does, as well.
  • Refrain from drinking alcohol, or taking drugs (illegal and/or prescription) at least six hours prior to OBE.
  • Make sure that you are not hungry or thirsty, as feeling either can take your focus away from the task at hand.
  • Do not eat red meat at least twelve hours prior to OBE.
  • Do eat a diet rich in organic fruits & vegetables.
  • Consider taking at least 1 of these 3 herbs for increasing focus, memory, and brain power (wise to consult with your doctor prior to starting any of these herbs):
    • Rhodiola Rosea– fuels sexual energy, cuts down on stress, enhances mood, helps with sleep, fights fatigue, improves memory, increases alertness, mental focus, and boosts attention span.
    • Bacopa Monnieri – boosts your memory, helps calm anxiety and depression, supports cognitive and focus issues, plus lessens memory loss.
    • Ginkgo Biloba – it increases blood flow to the legs, ears, eyes and brain, which helps enhance the memory. Plus for those on depression or anxiety medication, ginkgo biloba can help with the libido issues caused by those drugs.

  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Meditate or day dream for at least 10 minutes before you begin. This helps to calm your mind and push out the clutter of daily thoughts that could interfere with the energy process.
