Feeling under the weather? Let Basil come to the rescue!
Stomach troubles & vomiting: Add 1/2 teaspoon of finely chopped Basil to a cup of hot water for 3 minutes. Do not strain. Sip the Basil water over a 30 min period. Repeat as needed.
Easing migraines: Same as above.
Soothing coughs: Add Honey to the infusion.
